Requirements

You should have:

•        3 - 5 years+ of professional experience in operating and developing software solutions in Python (DevOpsSec)

•        Professional hands-on experience with cloud computing with AWS, e.g. EC2/AWS based Linux, S3, or AWS Lambda

•        Affinity for IT processes and IT lifecycle management (incident management, release management, change management, ...) and experience in application management (user administration, software updates, ...)

•        Understanding the importance of security in development and operations

•        Generic IT skills (e.g. SQL, job scheduling)

•        Django implementation and maintenance experience is a plus

•        Experience with Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban

•        Familiar with Microsoft Office and Collaboration/Ticketing Tools

•        Analytical, result-oriented, and structured way of working

•        Excellent communication and facilitation skills

•        Proficiency in English is mandatory; German is a plus

Your future tasks:

•        Be a value-adding enabler for the agile product team, supporting DevOpsSec way of working with a main focus on application management

•        Operate a Python/Django and Linux-based landscape in the cloud

•        Implementation of small/medium system changes and ongoing improvements to leverage a high degree of automation

•        Perform validation tests, and migrations and participate in User Acceptance Testing

•        Maintain and integrate new data sources

•        Work for the financial sector

•        Spend 2-3 days per week in the heart of classical art – Vienna, working from our client’s modern office, and living like a true Austrian citizen
