·       Ability to communicate precisely with representatives of business and IT teams;

·       Knowledge of: BPMN, UML, issues related to acquiring business requirements for IT projects, modeling the environment and business processes, and software engineering;

·       Knowledge and project experience in the role of a business analyst in the area of ​​solutions for the mass client/citizen;

·       Ability to present analysis results and recommendations to a diverse group of recipients;

·       Ability to use tools used by the Ordering Party - Enterprise Architect, JIRA and Confluence.

·       Participation in IT projects as a Business Analyst;

·       Defining problems and needs at the business level;

·       Acquiring, agreeing and analyzing business requirements and developing recommendations for business solutions;

·       Creating specifications of functional and non-functional requirements and being responsible for their quality and consistency;

·       Documenting existing processes, preparing proposals for their modification and designing new processes based on BPMN notation;

·       Proposing and consulting business solutions with clients and implementers of defined requirements;

·       Analytical work at the stages of designing, producing and testing IT systems;

·       Conducting workshop meetings with Clients.
