·       At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in IT projects

·       Skills in conducting conversations and collecting data ensuring the acquisition of knowledge in the area of ​​business clients and the formulation of business requirements

·       Analytical skills

·       Ability to solve problems and learn quickly

·       Ability to communicate precisely with representatives of business and IT teams

·       Knowledge of: BPMN, UML, issues related to obtaining business requirements for IT projects, modeling the environment and business processes, and software engineering

·       Knowledge and design experience as a business analyst in the area of ​​solutions for mass customers/citizens

·       Ability to present analysis results and recommendations to a diverse audience

·       Ability to use tools used by the Ordering Party - Enterprise Architect, JIRA and Confluence

Your responsibilities

·       Participation in IT projects as a business analyst

·       Defining problems and needs at the business level

·       Obtaining, agreeing and analyzing business requirements and developing recommendations for business solutions

·       Creating specifications of functional and non-functional requirements and responsibility for their quality and consistency

·       Documenting existing processes, preparing proposals for their modifications and designing new processes based on BPMN notation

·       Proposing and consulting business solutions with clients and implementers of defined requirements

·       Analytical work at the stages of design, production and testing of IT systems

·       Conducting workshop meetings with clients
