At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in IT projects;

Conversation and data gathering skills for knowledge acquisition in the area related to the business client and formulating business requirements;

Analytical skills;

Ability to solve problems and learn quickly;

Ability to communicate accurately with representatives of business and IT teams;

Knowledge: BPMN, UML, issues related to the acquisition of business requirements for IT projects, modeling of the environment and business processes, and engineering

Software;

Knowledge and project experience in the role of a business analyst in the area of solutions for mass client/citizen;

Ability to present the results of analysis and recommendations to a diverse body Audience;

Ability to use the tools used by the Ordering Party – Enterprise

Architect, JIRA and Confluence;

Knowledge of the Polish language at a level that ensures free verbal communication and written.

Participation in IT projects as a Business Analyst;

Documenting existing processes, preparing proposals for their modification and designing new processes based on BPMN notation;
