About position

Bright Coders' Factory provides software development services in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and North America. Operating globally, BCF has software development offices in Poland: Opole, Wroclaw, Poznan, and Warsaw as well as in London (UK), Phoenix (USA), and Nairobi (Kenya). We are a dynamically developing international company employing talented programmers, led by managers with over 20 years of experience in the global software development market. Thanks to the high quality of services and attractive portfolio, we are growing at a rate of over 50% per year, both in terms of the number of employees and revenues.

BCF provides its services to international corporations as well as medium-sized companies and start-ups serving various industries, flexibly adapting the offer to the specific client’s needs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of English at B1 level,

• Having skills in business development and sales,

• Commitment, punctuality, responsibility, and high organization of cooperation with BCF partners,

• Independence, accuracy, and reliability,

• Communicativeness, the speed of establishing relationships,

• Proactive business attitude,

• Ability to think analytically, open in the search for new solutions.


Duties:

• Co-creation of sales strategies, acquisition, retention, and development of business clients from the Automotive, Industry, Medical Systems, and Finance sectors

• Reaching potential customers and obtaining a Framework Agreement with them

• Customer service through the synthesis of their needs with available BCF services

• Closing specific orders from the sales side

• Effectively building and maintaining good relations with clients

• Creating a professional image of the company

• Close cooperation with other people in the company to effectively meet the needs of customers
