About position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical System Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet the business needs of our organization. The System Analyst will work closely with various departments to identify system requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the efficient operation of our IT systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of system analysis and design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management.
  • Experience with database management and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and software development is a plus.
  • Certification in relevant areas (e.g., CBAP, CSBA) is a plus.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Design and implement system solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to develop and test new systems and enhancements.
  • Ensure that systems are integrated and work seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct system testing and validation procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices in system analysis.
