Platform for Virtual Human Engagment
About this project
We had the pleasure to cooperate with a client form the e-commerce sector for 5 years on a virtual reality project. The company wanted to provide consumers with a new level of fun on a gamification platform based on Blockchain technology. The goal was also to enable marketing campaigns in the virtual world to support sales. The expected effect was a system of virtual objects like products and advertisment visible only to mobile phone users.

After discussions about the client's needs and deep analysis, the project was handled by a team specializing in Go and Java programming languages. According to requirements first, we created an initial trimmed-down version of the system in a monolithic form in Go language.
The next steps were the gradual separation of components and the creation of synchronous communication interfaces between them. Then we added more functionality and modules.
BCF took over full responsibility for global DevOps operations of the client. A large part of our work was to introduce the possibility of customization of the product, using JavaScript. The final stage was to migrate the system to an asynchronous communication model.
During this project, our team created microservice-based architecture with a modern REST APIs interface. The system provides ready-made APIs and client-side SDKs designed to be compatible with any customer system infrastructure. We developed a modern development and testing environment that allows fully automated deployment of new software versions, automated build, automated testing, and product deployment.
The platform allows publishers to create digital objects which can be used in modern virtual marketing campaigns. Our solution includes also the possibility to monitor and analysis of users' activity. The system we built is ready-made for BlockChain technology. The use of artificial intelligence algorithms and machine learning ensures continuous improvement of the system.
The system provides manufacturers of goods with innovative solutions in the field of brand building in the virtual world. The platform enables the creation of a new digital asset class that bridges the gap between the physical and digital worlds, generating one-to-one experiences and creating new levels of engagement.
This solution extends marketing and sales opportunities to the connected world of games and the reality around us, introducing new interaction models for potential consumers. By implementing security policies and procedures, the system is secured from attacks.
