How should I prepare for a job interview?

We conduct recruitment interviews in the form of online Teams meetings. Before the call ensure a stable Internet connection and test the Teams meeting. Please be on time or let us know in advance if we need to reschedule. Prepare your environment to share your screen (might not be necessary – it depends on the interviewer). Use a computer with a keyboard for the interview, a phone is not enough. Make sure that your headset is working fine (e.g., test the microphone with Teams Echo). Refresh your English if it got rusty. 

During the meeting:  
- have your camera turned on, 
- make sure you are in a quiet environment and focus 100% on your call,  
- do not search for answers over the web if not asked by the interviewer to do so.

Will I receive feedback after the recruitment process?

What are the possible forms of employment?

We offer various forms of cooperation: employment contracts, B2B, and commission contracts.

What does a typical day at work look like?

A typical workday lasts 8h. You have 1-2 meetings per day, (about 30 min), the rest is software engineering. Please ask the recruiter details at the position you are interested in.

The working hours depend on the client's needs (they are mainly from Europe and North 	America). Generally, we use to work 8 h between 7 in the morning and 5 in the evening. We have a flexible approach to working hours. If you need you can take a break during the day, for example, for a doctor's appointment, and complete your tasks in the afternoon.

Yes, we work in hybrid mode:1-2 days at the office and 3-4 days from home.

Is it possible to work outside the country and if so, for how long?

It depends on the client and the project. Generally, you can work remotely from any place with a good Internet connection. But you should know that most projects block IP numbers from outside of EU.

Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in application packaging and IT transformation

Expert knowledge of App-V (Repackaging MSIX9)

Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune)

We are looking for a specialist in application packaging documentation using App-V technology (Repackaging MSIX9) within the context of Transformation projects. The person in this role will be responsible for creating detailed documentation of application transformation architecture and implementation, as well as packaging processes, which will be handed over to the RUN team after project completion.

Languages required: German and English (B2/C1) – communication with stakeholders and documentation in both languages.

Documenting the architecture and application transformation process using App-V (MSIX9) technology

Analyzing the current application environment and preparing an inventory

Creating application packaging guidelines and standards

Documenting integration with distribution platforms (SCCM, Intune, Citrix, VMware)

Overseeing the implementation of App-V servers and environment configuration

Preparing documentation for the RUN team and supporting the Acceptance to RUN process
