About this project
Our client dealing with the maritime industry and technologies wanted to achieve effective monitoring of its technical infrastructure and the vessel's IT infrastructure. Our goal was to build a monitoring operation center for the availability and performance of IT solutions and integrate it with the company's existing systems.

Based on the client's requirements, our team created a system for testing the performance, availability, and usability analysis of the company's applications installed on Vessels and IT Systems. We then designed software modules for quick notifications for the monitoring and operation department. BCF was responsible to implement features to monitor critical KPIs of Customer IT systems used to monitor Vessels in real-time.
The system we developed includes clear visualizations of the most important parameters of the information system. Our team proposed the optimal technical infrastructure to meet the client's business goals. Our specialists have created a system for data visualization and its graphical analytical representation for the management of the entire company.
In this project, we developed a system to monitor the company's technical infrastructure. Our solution allows us to continuously monitor the company's critical IT systems in terms of their availability, performance, and health.
The platform provides intelligent and efficient data analysis and statistical modeling. The system makes it possible to predict infrastructure failures, thus helping to reduce IT infrastructure maintenance costs (IT systems on Vessels, IT systems).
