What this policy covers
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The browser's local storage and session storage work in a similar way. Below we list everything this website stores on your device or reads from it, whether it is a cookie or not.
Without your consent we store only what is strictly necessary for the website to work as you expect, such as your cookie choice. Everything else needs your consent: Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej), which implements Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The controller is BCF Software Sp. z o.o., ul. Technologiczna 2, 45-837 Opole, Poland.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel or the LinkedIn Insight Tag on this website. Before we turn on any further tool, we will add it to this list and ask for your consent again.

What is not stored on your device
- Nearest office on the map: our server estimates it from your IP address, without any cookie or browser storage. Details are in the privacy policy.
- The map is loaded from OpenFreeMap, which sets no cookies. If you click an office pin, Google Maps opens in a new tab and Google's own cookie rules apply there.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page to open the banner again. Refusing is as easy as accepting: “Necessary only” sits next to “Accept”. If you withdraw consent, the page reloads without Google Tag Manager and we delete the stored attribution data. Your choice applies to every page and language version of bcf-software.com.
