Ein großes Beratungsunternehmen wollte seine Personal- und Finanzprozesse rationalisieren. Gesucht wurde ein Team, das eine Datenintegrationsplattform mit einem vollautomatisierten Datenverarbeitungsprozess entwickelt. BCF übernahm das Programmmanagement für dieses komplexe Migrations- und Integrationsprojekt.

An diesem Projekt waren unsere Java-Spezialisten beteiligt. Das Team machte sich zunächst mit dem bestehenden System, den Datenquellen und den Anforderungen des Kunden vertraut. BCF half bei der Konzeption, Implementierung und Integration eines vollautomatischen Systems für den Datenaustausch zwischen Systemen wie SAP (Success 4 You, SAP Hana, SAP Finance System), DB2, JobDiva und dem HR-System des Kunden.
Wir haben eine komplexe Plattform für den Datenaustausch und die Datenmanipulation entwickelt, die auf Technologien wie Java, Rabbit und Kafka basiert. Die Lösung rationalisiert den Datenaustausch und die Datenmanipulation im laufenden Betrieb und überträgt Daten zwischen Data-Warehouse-Systemen.
In diesem Projekt haben wir ein modernes automatisiertes System entwickelt, das Daten aus verschiedenen Systemen integriert, um die Prozesse der Personal- und Finanzabteilungen zu optimieren. Die Lösung ermöglicht den Transfer und die Manipulation von Datensätzen und passt sie an die Anforderungen der API-Schnittstellensysteme des Kunden (z.B. SAP FeildGlass) an.
Unsere Lösung ermöglicht die Änderung, Übertragung und Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiterdaten. Das System verarbeitet Beraterdaten (Gehaltsabrechnungen, Zeiterfassung, Rechnungen usw.) und passt sie für automatische Berichte an Endkunden über APIs an.
Die Plattform gewährleistet eine automatisierte Rekrutierungs- und Talentmanagementkette (~40k Berater) und ermöglicht automatische Gehaltszahlungen, Zeiterfassung und Rechnungsstellung vom Berater an den Endkunden.
