About this project
A big consulting corporation wanted to streamline its HR and finance processes. They were looking for a team to develop a data integration platform with a fully automatic data manipulation process. BCF took over Program Management of this complex migration and integration project.

This project involved our Java specialists. The team first got familiar with the existing system, data sources, and clients' requirements. BCF helped with the design, implementation, and integration of a fully automatic system for data exchange between systems such as SAP (Sucess 4 You, SAP Hana, SAP Finance System), DB2, JobDiva, and clients' HR system.
We developed a complex data transmission and manipulation platform based on technologies like Java, Rabbit, and Kafka. The solution streamlines data exchange, and data manipulation on the fly and transfers it between data warehouse systems.
In this project, we developed an advanced automated system integrating data from many different systems to streamline the HR and finance departments’ processes. The solution enables the transfer and manipulation of data sets and adjusts, and maps them according to the requirements of customer API interfaces systems (i.e SAP FeildGlass).
Our solution allows to modify, transfer and manipulate of employees' data. The system processed consultant data (payroll, time record, invoice, etc.) and adjust them towards automatic reporting through APIs to end customers.
The platform ensures an automated chain of hiring, and managing talents (~40k consultants), enabling automatic salary payments, times record verification, and invoicing process from consultant towards the end customer.
