Unser Kunde aus der IT-Branche, der sich mit der Optimierung der Betriebseffizienz beschäftigt, wollte die Produktivität und die Überwachung der Mitarbeiterleistung in der Service-Management-Plattform für IT-Abteilungen verbessern. Das Unternehmen suchte nach einem Partner, der eine Big-Data-Plattform zur Überwachung der Mitarbeiterproduktivität mit Metriken und einem Dashboard entwickeln konnte.

Unsere BigData-Spezialisten mit Kenntnissen in GCP (Big Query) waren an diesem Projekt beteiligt. Basierend auf den Anforderungen des Kunden entwickelte das Team erprobte Softwaremodule. BCF war hauptsächlich für die Entwicklung von Big-Data-Pipelines mit Big Query und Google Cloud Platform verantwortlich. Das Team entwickelte fortschrittliche Algorithmen für die Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen und nutzte maschinelles Lernen und künstliche Intelligenz für die Datenanalyse. Unsere Ingenieure entwickelten verschiedene Datenverarbeitungspipelines für die Erfassung unterschiedlicher Informationen.
Durch den Einsatz der Hauptkomponentenanalyse (PCA) gewährleistet das entwickelte System eine effiziente Datenverarbeitung und -manipulation. Das Team implementierte das entsprechende Daten-Streaming und bereitete es für die Visualisierung in Systemen vor, die die Leistung von Organisationen, Prozessen und einzelnen Einheiten überwachen.
Im Rahmen dieses Projekts wurde ein fortschrittliches CRM-System zur Überwachung aller Tickets und der Leistung der Mitarbeiter entwickelt. Die Lösung umfasst Big-Data-Technologien, maschinelles Lernen und künstliche Intelligenz für komplexe Datenverarbeitung und -manipulation.
Das System verarbeitet effizient Tausende von Kundendiensttickets und andere Daten und bietet eine klare Visualisierung. Dadurch wird es einfacher, die Leistung einzelner Mitarbeiter, Prozesse und der gesamten Organisation zu verfolgen und die richtigen Geschäftsentscheidungen zu treffen. Unsere Lösung ermöglicht eine komfortable Produktivitätsüberwachung zur Rationalisierung des Unternehmens.
