The 5G network equipment vendor was looking to build and expand capabilities in Security Testing of a 5G Base Station product. The high quality and safety of the solution were key parameters for the client, so we had to ensure maximum test coverage and apply innovative security testing techniques.

The project was covered by Quality Assurance specialists for Security testing in Mobile Network (entinty and system tests levels). BCF was responsible for test strategy, tests execution, and test automation of product during the release lifecycle. The first steps were analysis and determination of requirements for the Quality Assurance area.
According to that, we built a test strategy for system testing including Security, Vulnerability, and PEN Testing. The software ware reviewed in the works for each functionality. Our team executed tests towards program milestones for DUT (C/C++ based product) and Test automation development (Phyton / Robot Framework). Automated processes of QA and used innovative security features ensured complete safety for users of the system.
Based on our research, analysis, and experience, we have developed a secure and highly efficient solution for automated testing of the 5G base station product. The system enables the connection of millions of devices to the network (ensuring high security standards). We provided coverage of 100% in automated testing of all system features.
The client received a complete team of experienced specialists who took complex care of the required Quality Criteria in the security area of the project. We have ensured effective protection for 5G network users.
