The client from the public sector wanted to improve the functioning of the system for citizens of one of the biggest cities in Poland. The goal was to expand features and assure the maintenance of the web platforms and mobile apps.

How we made it

Our team of specialists in the back-end, front- end and integrations dealt with this project. We have familiarized ourselves with the existing web and mobile applications. BCF was responsible for the implementation of the extension regarding the functionality of partner cards. Our engineers modified the appearance of the partner list and provided the ability to add, activate and edit partner cards.

The changes were implemented in both the mobile applications for residents and the web-based administrator and partner panels. We created a card life cycle, made it possible to monitor the expiration date of the card, and implemented convenient email notifications. The next stage was service and maintenance work. Our team has handled dozens of requests for minor changes and implemented significant quality application deployments by implementing test automation, and automatic stage and production deployments.

for the client?

Thanks to our work, the existing system was extended with new functionalities. Our team implemented all required changes in Android and IOS applications and web panels for partners and administration.
